From leading large scale development programmes for large corporates through to working individually with the leaders and key people at small growing enterprises, that passion drives Graham to empower those he works with. Graham spends his spare time volunteering on the board of Leeds United Supporters Trust and using his language skills as a Team Chaperone for the Direct Energie Professional Cycling team at the Tour de Yorkshire.

Biography
A highly effective, organised and values driven professional. Graham has gained experience in delivering strategic visions through the conception, implementation and leadership of organisational development programmes and working in a range of business environments from corporate to SME. Able to communicate at all levels within an organisation enjoying both the intellectual cut and thrust of engaging at senior executive level through to cascading complex messages with clarity and role relevance.
His years in Learning and Development have given him an exceptional understanding of blended learning methodologies and developing and implementing digital strategies when engaging multi-generational and skill level learning groups and acutely aware of the specific challenges of delivering in a regulatory environment.
Skilled in leading, training, coaching and mentoring staff to achieve new levels of productivity. An incisive, self-starter and outstandingly quick-learner with the ability to rapidly assimilate new skills to meet and overcome challenges whilst strategically analysing, developing and integrate new practices to achieve results in others.
